FAQ
I can't download the movies, why?
To download a movie you need to *right click* on a link and select "save target as" . If you don't see this option, try to locate a similar option in the right click menu. If you use Netscape, Aol or Mac, it will still work but the options might have different names. Therefore we strongly suggest you use Internet Explorer to browse our site.
I use a MAC how can I download the movies?
Press " ctrl " button on your keyboard while clicking on the download link and select "save link as", or "save target as" or something similar depending on your browser version.
I can login to the site but when I try to download a movie the access is denied, why?
The first time you log in the site, it asks for a user name and password. The same thing happens the first time you try to download a movie. If you can login to the site but can't download the movies because it keeps asking for a username and password, it means you did not enter the right login infos. Just erase them, and write them again and it should work just fine. Please make sure you write the user name and password properly without spaces and please keep in mind that you user name and password are case sensitive.
When I try to play a movie from my hard drive I get an error, why?
Use windows media player or quicktime to play the movies. We recommend windows media player but it also work with quicktime. Also make sure you downloaded the entire movie file. For instance, if the movie file is supposed to be 15 mb, right click on the movie file, and check its properties. If the file is not 15 mb, it means you did not download it properly and it won't work. It happens sometimes when your connection stops or lags. Just download the file again and it should work.
Do I have to download any special software to view your movies?
No, all movies are compatible with all operating systems. They work with both PC and Mac computers. We use MPEG-1 format so our movies will work with ALL computers. We recommend Windows Media Player to play the movies but you can also use Quciktime.
